Explicitly state what happens when a class rep withdraws from the class
Head remains a discipline Representative
Insert a Qualitative Description of the Head "A head should be . . . "
Secretary may retain their position
Secretary is elected rather than appointed by the head
Secretary attends meetings between the Head and the Provost
In the event the secretary cannot attend, the body chooses (elects?) a substitute
The talking heads will meet . . . ?
Senior members are "informal," but seniority should be mentioned
Use new bulletin board to advertise open positions
