Server setup lecture notes

For the class server: start with a bare machine, two external drives, Server disk image. Base install takes about 45 minutes. Software updates take 60 minutes. Use Software Update as an opportunity to explain code signing (Wikipedia on Digital Signatures) and the whys and wherefores of security updates (lecture notes).
