The Logic Machine 3000

Here's the first program that we're trying to run.

At the last few meetings we sort of divided the work up. It's not fixed in stone, and if you want to work on something (else) speak up. We should all be busy.

• The Arithmetic Logical Unit - Eben Packwood.
• The Program Counter and Branch Unit - Reid Ginoza.
• The Status Register - Ang Traficante.
• The Registers and Memory^? - Ben Wood.
• The Instruction Decoder - Reid Ginoza and Mary Casserly.
• The Instruction Set Architecture - Joe Holt.

(I have an affinity for calling these parts after who's working on them: the "Eben Unit," "Ben Memory," etc. Oh — you know how von Neumann called these parts "Organs"? Creepy, huh? The "Eben Organ," "Reid Organ," etc. Ick.)
